I am definitely still learning and practicing, but I figured that I’d bring y’all along for the ride, rather than waiting until everything was perfect.

When I am not baking, I am a full-time Scientist researching pediatric obesity at Baylor College of Medicine, and a full-time Mum to my 2 year old son, with a daughter due in October 2015. I love reading and baking, and I don’t mind admitting my love of trashy TV like Pretty Little Liars. I’m a Brit living in the US and I remind myself of my roots by collecting Emma Bridgewater Pottery, while also spending far too much in Sephora. I am wondering if I will ever get near as fit as when I was running 1/2 marathons and training for body building competitions pre-children.
